Calculator inputs: never received by us
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us, stored by us or seen by us. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and stop abuse, under the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Purchase and licence data: received through Polar or Etsy
When you buy a workbook or a Quote Chaser Pro licence, checkout runs on Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record, or on Etsy. They collect your payment details; we never see your card number. They pass us your name, email address, country, what you bought, the order date and amount, and for Quote Chaser the licence key status. We use this only to deliver and support your purchase, process refunds and keep the records tax law requires.
Polar, Etsy and Cloudflare are based overseas (mainly the United States) and store data outside Australia under their own privacy policies: Polar, Etsy, Cloudflare.
Emails
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply. We don't add you to a mailing list.
Access, correction and deletion
Email support@plainwarestudio.com to see, correct or delete the purchase details we hold. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep for tax are deleted when that obligation ends.
Complaints
Send privacy complaints to support@plainwarestudio.com with "Privacy" in the subject. We acknowledge within 7 days and give you a written answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Quote Chaser
The Quote Chaser Chrome extension has its own privacy policy. Your quote rows stay in your browser and are never received by us.
