The product

Quote Chaser is a Chrome extension that turns quote rows you paste into a daily follow-up list and opens messages in WhatsApp or email for you to send. The free plan includes 5 follow-up actions in any rolling 7 days. Pro removes that limit and unlocks custom templates and follow-up stages.

Pro subscription

  • Pro costs US$39 per year, billed through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles tax, receipts and renewals.
  • Your subscription renews each year until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing link in your Polar receipt email; Pro stays on until the end of the paid year.
  • Refund policy: we refund any charge in full if you ask within 14 days of it. Email support@plainwarestudio.com and the refund goes back through Polar to your original payment method. This 14-day refund is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • One licence key is for one person. Don't share or resell it.

Your messages, your responsibility

You choose who to contact and you press send. Only message people who asked you for a quote, and follow the rules of WhatsApp, your email provider and anti-spam law where you work (in Australia, the Spam Act 2003). Quote Chaser never sends anything by itself.

Your data

Your quote rows are stored in your browser's extension storage and passed to WhatsApp, Gmail or your email app only when you click. See the privacy policy (https://costwell-tools.pages.dev/quote-chaser/privacy). Keep your own copy of your spreadsheet; clearing browser data or removing the extension deletes what Quote Chaser stored.

Warranty and liability

Quote Chaser is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that can't be excluded.

Complaints and contact

Email support@plainwarestudio.com. We acknowledge complaints within 7 days and answer in writing within 30 days. For privacy complaints you are not satisfied with, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au. Publisher: Costwell Tools.

Changes

We can update these terms. The new version appears here with a new effective date; continuing to use Quote Chaser means you accept it.
